If you receive an item damaged by the courier, you have 24 hours to complain from the date of delivery, by sending photographs showing the damage to the item to info@priva-home.com

If this period is exceeded, we cannot be held responsible for any defects that may have occurred during transportation.

We do not accept returns/refunds on customized products, as these pieces have been specially produced to your specifications and taste.
